Meet Coach Sandy
Sandy is a highly qualified and experienced fitness professional with a solid background in personal training and group fitness instruction. She holds certifications from reputable organizations, including the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) as a certified personal trainer and CF L1 (CrossFit Level 1) coach. Sandra's expertise extends beyond her certifications, as she also brings her extensive knowledge as a jiu jitsu purple belt. Her multidisciplinary approach combines strength training, functional movements, and HIIT workouts to deliver a comprehensive and effective training experience. With her expertise and dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, Sandy is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and results-driven environment for all individuals seeking to improve their fitness levels.
